Cancellation Policy

 

 

Cancellation policy for semi-private cruises:

  • No fee will be charged for cancellation made at least 3 days before confirmed book date.
  • Cancellation made 48 hours prior the reservation results in 30% cancellation fees of the total amount.
  • Cancellation made 24 hours prior the reservation results in 50% cancellation fees of the total amount.
  • Non show or any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the cruise departure time results in 100% cancellation fees of the total amount.
  • No fee will be charged in case of cancellation, due to restrictions of the Greek Port Authorities in reference to the departure because of bad weather conditions.
  • If the cancellation is made for changing the day of the reservation, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation depends on the availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour then the cancellation terms concerning the time factor are applied.
  • The company reserves the right to change or modify the route of the scheduled cruise or cancel it due to inclement weather or for reasons that do not ensure customer safety. In that case, 100% refund of the down or full payment is applied.
  • Customers arriving from cruise ships have the right to full refund if the ship does not dock at the Port of Santorini.

 

Cancellation policy for private cruises:

  • No fee will be charged for cancellation made 7 days before confirmed book date.
  • Any cancellation made 6 to 4 days prior the reservation results in 50% cancellation fees of the total amount.
  • Non show or any cancellation made 3 to 1 day before the cruise date results in 100% cancellation fees of the total amount.
  • No fee will be charged in case of cancellation, due to restrictions of the Greek Port Authorities in reference to the departure because of bad weather conditions.
  • If the cancellation is made for changing the day of the reservation, no extra fee is applied but the new reservation depends on the availability. If there is no availability for the new date or tour then the cancellation terms concerning the time factor are applied.
